If you are not 13 years of age, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a WhoShouldIStart Account at our discretion.

Upon such a termination, your right to use the Site or Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your WhoShouldIStart Account, you can discontinue using the Site or Services. You may request deletion of your WhoShouldIStart account sending us an email at support@whoshouldistart.com. Jukeit’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion. All Trademarks not owned by WhoShouldIStart that appear on the Site, if any, are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of WhoShouldIStart or the third party that may own the applicable Trademark. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site is strictly prohibited.

MISCELLANEOUS
